Rate depends on which client program you’re placed with, and is disclosed before you’re matched — no surprises after training. Each pay period carries a $25 payroll and administrative call-center fee.
What You’ll Need
The bar to start is a home setup, not a resume.
- 18 or older and a U.S. resident, comfortable working as an independent contractor under a 1099 agreement.
- A quiet home workspace where you can take client calls without interruption.
- Your own desktop or laptop — tablets and Macs aren’t compatible with client platforms.
- Windows 11 with an Intel i5-7000, i7-5000, or i9 processor or better.
- Wired internet — 10+ Mbps download, 3+ Mbps upload — plus a USB headset.
