About the Role

Our client, a leading global HR and workforce consulting firm, is hiring a Senior Human Resources Transformation (HRT) Consultant for its Career practice, which helps organizations make better workforce decisions with speed, confidence, and impact.

You’ll lead HR transformation engagements that build in AI, automation, and data-driven approaches to speed up value, improve decisions, and modernize HR functions and operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop business and client relationships. Win new clients and expand relationships with mid-to-large organizations. Lead conversations on how AI and automation unlock value across the employee lifecycle, and build proposals that combine HR strategy, technology, and AI. Negotiate scope and execute contracts.
  • Bring expertise to market. Represent the firm locally in HR transformation, spanning HR strategy, operating model design, digital employee experience, process redesign, technology enablement, and adoption, and help shape the future of an AI-native HR function.
  • Deliver engagements end to end. Lead delivery teams and own the quality and value of every deliverable. Manage project economics so work stays on scope, on time, and on budget. Mentor junior consultants in modern HR practices, analytics, and AI adoption.
  • Contribute to the practice. Help build thought leadership, methodology, and go-to-market materials for AI-driven HR transformation, and collaborate across the wider firm on integrated solutions.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, HR management, organizational psychology, or similar; advanced degree preferred
  • 8+ years of external consulting experience delivering HR transformation for mid-to-large organizations
  • 10+ years of program management on large, multi-stream projects
  • Deep HR domain expertise and broad understanding of the employee lifecycle (recruiting, talent, rewards, performance, learning)
  • Strong knowledge in at least three of: AI enablement, HR strategy, HR technology, organizational effectiveness, HR operating models, process redesign, and employee experience

HR technology and AI experience

  • Hands-on experience with core HRIS platforms such as Workday or SuccessFactors, plus best-of-breed tools for recruiting, payroll, learning, and talent management
  • Experience with shared services platforms such as ServiceNow (case, knowledge, and document management)
  • Experience implementing RPA, conversational AI and chatbots, and analytics or machine learning in HR
  • Practical knowledge of generative AI and LLMs: use-case selection, prompt design, vendor assessment, data needs, model validation, and safe deployment

Consulting and commercial skills

  • Proven record in business development, financial scoping, proposal writing, and executive presentations
  • Ability to design innovative solutions that combine HR strategy, technology, and AI
  • Strong collaboration, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills
